Amazing food and amazing coffee. I had the syphon, v60 and Christian ex methods- all the ell done and brought out the coffees’ complex flavours. Great experience. Recommended!

Be prepared to be enchanted by its profesional staff and exquisite taste in all the serve and do. ¡Uno de mis lugares favoritos en Copán Ruinas! La calidad de las salsas, los quesos, el pan, y el café (por supuesto) me ha dejado fascinada. Este es un lugar que visito cada que se me da la oportunidad, me encanta su concepto.

Sin duda alguna uno de los lugares a visitar en Copán Ruinas, emblemático, con una cocina excepcional, el mejor café, desayunos deliciosos y el mejor cheesecake.

We gave them a chance to fix it. They refused.

We went for breakfast today. Very expensive but ok it’s a tourist village, a really cool village.

Breakfast was OK. Asked for my eggs over medium and they came uncooked but ok.

The coffee here is a BIG deal. I got a French press. It was VERY weak. The server gave some lame excuse that it was supposed to be that way. Weak coffee. Who wants weak coffee. It was hot and brown, I drank it away. It was hot and my first cup of the day. The server came back and asked if I wanted another. I said no this wasn’t good. Instead of saying he would immediately replace it or deduct the cost. Nope. Then specifically asked him to remove the charge. Nope. Said that the manager would come talk with us. Nope. We said that we are here five days and wouldn’t come back. Didn’t care.

Simple breakfast for six $85.

Bad customer service. All for a cup of coffee. Oh well. There are lots of restaurants here. No tourists but lots of restaurants.

Good coffee - a surprise in a town where I otherwise got disappointment when I asked for an espresso or a pour-over.
Clean, attractive, high-ceilinged, air-conditioned interior. They sell their beans, of course; but also wine/beer, cheeses, chocolate bars and artisanal jams/sauces. They also have WiFi and a number of power outlets. Very good place to wait for the bus.

It’s an excellent place, coffee very good and the desserts also, it has an amazing view from the rooftop

Cafe San Rafael has a great selection of sandwiches available on their menu, each if which is tasty in it's own right. Whatever you decide to get, I definitely suggest getting the tiramisu for dessert. Yum.

Tuve una gran experiencia, comida gourmet hecha por ellos mismos sobretodo quesos, cervezas y salsas picantes artesanales.

Excelentes platos. Mezclas de sabores geniales. Se los recomiendo si les gusta probar novedades gourmet

Exquisito chocolate caliente, pero paraa próxima lo pido sin malvadiscos o besos de azúcar, prefiero el chocolate puro

La comida muy buena la calidad de los ingredientes es premium. Las bebidas muy buenas, café, té, smoothies, variedad de vinos de todo el mundo. Venden buenos quesos, café en grano o molido en el instante, chiles, granola, cacao. Las tablas de quesos y fiambres muy buenas también.

Place is very stylish, good service, locally made cheeses pretty good. Found the breakfast and coffee good but not to rave about
